At Onggi, we stand behind the quality of our artisanal food products; if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Due to the perishable nature of our fermented goods and pantry staples, we cannot accept returns on opened food items.

Upon arrival, please check your package for any signs of damage or leakage that may have occurred during transit.

Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a refund or replacement is appropriate.
- 4.Resolution
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method, or a fresh replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
